    Prior to joining Bryan Salamone and Associates, P.C., Mr. Symancyk was a solo practitioner in Suffolk County and handled family law, matrimonial and real estate matters.  Mr. Symancyk’s practice areas include divorce, separation, annulment, child custody, visitation, child support, maintenance, spousal support, orders of protection, relocation, restraining orders, mediation, and all other Family Court Matters.

    Before starting his solo practice, Mr. Symancyk worked at another Suffolk County divorce and family law firm.  Mr. Symancyk is well-versed in both Supreme Court and Family Court matters and he has successfully handled all types of matrimonial matters from annulments and uncontested divorces to high-asset divorces, which included business ownerships and complex real estate issues. Mr. Symancyk has handled matrimonial matters and Family Court hearings in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as well as all five boroughs.

    Mr. Symancyk is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association.  Mr. Symancyk belongs to both the New York Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association’s Matrimonial Law and Family Law Sections.

    Mr. Symancyk earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at the State University of New York College at Oneonta, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate at Touro Law School. Mr. Symancyk is admitted to the New York State Bar Association.
